ANATOMY of NEW ORGANS (2025)

Klaas Devos/Reach and Collabs. and LWT3 explore the possibilities of expanding awareness in dance through a human-machine collaboration. In doing so, we investigate the impact of digital technologies on contemporary notions of embodiment, corporeality, and creative processes in dance. After an exploration of generative dance dramaturgy in Solo For Nervous Systems (2018), Klaas Devos/Reach and Collabs. continue their attempts to create more-than-human dances. Anatomy of New Organs will premiere in 2025 as interactive choreographic installation of biodata, foregrounding the potential oof virtual embodiment for dance and a critique on bio-data-mining and -surveillance.
